In light of emerging stock structure paradigms, a public workshop will be convened to explore how fisheries management can better integrate data on finer-scale stock structure and ecological processes in achieving optimum sustainability of fishery resources.

This public workshop is being convened by the Northeast Consortium and New Hampshire Sea Grant, with additional organizational and/or financial support provided by:  New England Fishery Management Council, NOAA Northeast Regional Office, NOAA Northeast Fishery Science Center, Environmental Defense Fund, Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries, The Nature Conservancy, New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, Penobscot East Resource Center, University of Maine, and University of Massachusetts.
